More Details

This is one of the most beautiful early-summer perennials with rich, deep indigo-blue, pea-like flowers. The flower spikes grow to a whopping one metre tall and they keep the drama going through to winter, as their seedpods are equally interesting. A tough plant which will thrive on any free draining soil, and which is especially good for hot, dry areas.
