These were not received. We were informed that they would be sent when we phoned. However they did not arrive and a further phone call was needed and we were told that they were no longer available. As some time had passed since our original order, we needed to choose a substitute which would give an extended flowering time. We selected pot marigolds which have flourished well. All in all, this experience was not a good example of customer care by Sarah Raven.
