Looking forward to planting!
Reviewed 12th May 2017 by Tamsyn They took quite a while to be delivered due to availability but it didn't bother me too much as better to wait for the warmer weather. The plants were superbly packaged and look healthy and of a good size that I'm sure will transplant well! |
Not great!
Reviewed 9th July 2016 by Rachel Goble I ordered some plug plants last autumn. They weren't available so I added them to my wishlist. They eventually arrived but it was too late & even though I planted them straight away they didn't take and sadly, I lost them all. Would love to try again. Reply from the Sarah Raven Team:"Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Erysimum plants that you received from us. This variety is showing on your order as being despatched a few days after you ordered them last November and we can't see them being unavailable. The plants should have done well from an autumn planting and gone on to establish over the winter months, so we are sorry to hear that this wasn’t the case for you. If you could contact our customer service team they will be able to look into it for you and then assist you further. You can call them on 0345 092 0283 or email at info@sarahraven.com" Posted 11th July 2016 |
