I love an Oriental poppy for their brouhaha and unashamed flamboyance and style. And that they flower when there’s little so showy around in late May and June. Cut them to the ground straight after flowering, leaves and all, and they’ll quickly froth up again with their delicious downy leaves as a backdrop to late summer flowerers.
This variety displays grand, delicate blooms that open near-white, warmed by an apricot blush, boasting strong stems and a robust nature.
