More Details

A variation of a Vita Sackville-West evergreen garden favourite, Garrya elliptica. She called it the Tassel Bush, and that’s a good description, as it is hung with soft grey-green catkins which can get to 8 or 10 inches in length from December onwards. This one though, has even more, even longer catkins than the standard form and thrives against a north wall. It is excellent for autumn and winter arrangements too.
