Description

These will thrive in most conditions – they are happy in shade, sun and even the moistest soils.

Line a path, plant them in grass, or fill a container with these for sunny cheer early in the year. The flowers are edible too and look lovely on a plate.

Primula flowers have a mild, sweet flavour, delicious scattered on top of salads.

Care Tips

Suited to planting in grass or wooded areas for a naturalistic appearance. Plant on mass. If growing in containers, re-pot after flowering into new, well-drained, gritty compost.
