I fell on this at a plant fair a couple of years ago, a pink perennial gypsophila. This looks best arranged simply on its own in clouds in a vase, or magnificent hanging as a mini-globe. It dries well too.

Sowing, Seeds, Planting Plants do best when planted in a light well drained soil, add plenty of grit to the planting hole with plenty of sunlight.
Care Tips Cutting back gently after the initial flowers have faded encourages a second flush.
