I fell on this at a plant fair a couple of years ago, a pink perennial gypsophila. This looks best arranged simply on its own in clouds in a vase, or magnificent hanging as a mini-globe. It dries well too.

Sowing, Seeds, Planting Plants do best when planted in a light well drained soil, add plenty of grit to the planting hole with plenty of sunlight.
Care Tips Prefers an alkaline soil and dislikes sitting in winter wet, so provide good drainage. Cut back after flowering to encourage a second flush of flowers.

Harvesting Flower production: 2 months.
