These are lovely; when they arrived I was a bit dubious about the amount of flower there would be this year because they arrived with one stem. They are now healthy established plants with beautiful flowers that run from a hot pink through to a unique orange. They add consistent color and the pollinators gorge on them.

Good strong plant received in perfect condition. Fairly slow-growing but this is good as I don't want it to outgrow its pot too soon. Has produced 3 flowers so far with more coming up. Beautiful warm unusual orangey colour. Needs protection from slugs/snails.

The plants were sound but small so have not bulked up much this summer but are flowering now. the Echinacea, Cosmos and Sweet Peas have been satisfactory. The dahlias we had from you have been very disappointing. One lot have been good, another very slow to emerge and still have much growing to do. The third group have not emerged at all so we shall not ask you for dahlias in the future.

This plant looked fairly weedy all Summer but did flower. However, the colours were nothing like the picture.

This echinacea was poor. It kept trying to flower then the top of the stalk kept wilting. I gave it the care needed to counteract this and eventually in early Sept I managed to keep one flower. I have no fault with the service or delivery. This is not the first plant I have had trouble with. Wondering if it could be that the plants suffer shock coming into a colder climate?

Reply from the Sarah Raven Team:

"Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your Echinacea has failed to thrive and have refunded you for the plant. In our experience Echinacea's are very hardy against the cold but do need very good drainage . It may be that the hot summer lead to them receiving more watering than usual causing warm and moist conditions which encouraged rotting at the top of the stem. "
