They took a long time to grow compared with some others I had bought as plants as well. It has been a difficult growing season for transplanting and growing on and they are now growing well.

I think my balcony may this summer have been TOO hot and directly sunny all day. I watered them carefuuly but they shot up and failed to bush out despite gentle pruning. Could the unusual heat be the cause?

My choice but won't have that pink next time!

Previous years they have flowered better but it has been difficult with the hot weather to keep the garden at it's best. No reflexion on the plants themselves.

The Cosmos haven't done very well this year - maybe the dry conditions. All very small.
