The service is efficient but it was a shame that the shipping distance may have affected the quality of the plants during the heatwave

Not very good this time! However I await the replacement plants with interest and will continue to purchase from Sarah Raven as I am sure this was just an unfortunate hiccup!

Not what I was expecting

I have bought a lot of plants from Sarah Raven this year and have been pleased with the quality of all of them bar these ! I ordered 3 x 9cm plants mid March and received them mid June. However when removing the 1st plant from the pot a plug plant fell out and the soil remained in the pot; there were no roots left in the pot itself! The other 2 pots weren't established as 9cm plants either.
