The artemisia here gives an evergreen cushion to surround the deliciously scented flowers of this nemesia, which invaluablely comes into bloom (in a sheltered spot) by May.

This collection contains 5 or 10 rooted cuttings, or 3 plants each of:
Type Hardy Perennial, Tender Perennial
Border Position Container
Soil Type Acid, Alkaline, Fertile, Neutral, Sandy
Scent Scented
Site Full Sun
Moisture Moist but Well-drained
Height 20cm (8in)
Spacing 25-30cm (10-12in)
Sowing, Seeds, Planting Plant out after the risk of frosts. These will work well in a container or pot in a sunny position. Water well in the first two weeks, to prevent the plants from drying out.
Care Tips Pinch out growing tips on the nemesia to produce bushy plants, and trim off flowering shoots when initial flowering is finished to promote more flowers. Trim back the artemisia in autumn to maintain a tidy shape.
