Always find staff when I phone my orders through very helpful but this time I think when I said I wouldn't be able to keep them in a cold frame it may have been better to be advised to wait and order more substantial plants later which I would have done (perhaps they thought it was better to get an order rather than chance me leaving it a couple of months!)
