More and more soft coloured flowers are making their way into my garden. So much so, my new nectar garden at Perch Hill has no deep, rich colours in it at all.
That's where I grew this Anemone 'Mistral Pink' this spring, in a pot on the doorstep and right by the path in the main border. It stole the show for weeks and the pollinator insects absolutely loved it.
I saw fields and fields of these beautiful, tall anemones in the most wonderful velvety single colours all over Crete last spring. I realised how much hardier they are than I had thought.
These are one of the most prolific flower-producers you can grow, giving buckets of cut flowers from planting both inside and out.
