Vibrant Colours

Fantastic colours, my favourite is Ballerina which has stood up better to the unusual hot weather over the last few days. I would agree with the last reviewer that the parrot tulips are not standing up well, they are too big and blousy although a fabulous colour.

Beautiful collection

These are lovely - the Ballerina are exquisitely tall and elegant, and the parrot tulips have the most amazing, huge, blousy flowers. Only criticism would be that the heads almost seem too big on the latter and the stems cannot hold them, so they droop when growing. All of the varieties lasted well as cut flowers.

excellent for scent

Brown Sugar and, of course, Ballerina are wonderful for scent - Avignon Parrot not so. Big strong plants. However, I do not think they look good together - as Sugar dies down its sickly brown looks terrible with the brilliant orange Ballerina (I got only 4 or these and 11 of Sugar!). Better to plant different types alone or with contrasting colours.

Very beautiful tulips with an amazing scent which permeates through the open doors on warm April days. I'll definitely buy these again. Colours are amazing, in pots looked superb under planted with parrot tulips of a complementary colour.
