Description

If you have the room, it’s fabulous to have a mass of tulips in a boiled sweet colour mix. We had these planted down our drive with wallflowers and it cheered us every time we saw them. There’s plenty to pick for vases inside from this lot too, all trialled and tested reliable varieties.

This collection contains 15 bulbs each of:
  • Tulip 'Continental'
  • Tulip 'Violet Beauty'
  • Tulip 'Apricot Foxx'
  • Tulip 'Royal Acres'
  • Tulip 'Merlot'
  • Tulip 'Bastogne'

Tulip petals are all edible. We scatter them over salad and use some petals dipped in tempura batter and served with a spring garden Frito Misto. Tulip 'White Valley' is a favourite for this.

Care Tips

After flowering leave the foliage to die back naturally if you want to reuse the bulbs.
