I bought this book after a visit to Perch Hill this summer. I have both the Garden and Christmas cookbooks, which are both fantastic, so I knew this one wouldn't disappoint. Looking through it, there are so many wonderful recipes, all set out over the four seasons. I've made the chocolate, beetroot and orange cake, totally divine! I'm looking forward to cooking my way through this book, it's a must for anyone that enjoys interesting seasonal cooking.
