A red and yellow gazpacho recipe that is a favourite of Sarah's in the late summer and early autumn. Perfect with crusty bread slathered with butter.
Sarah loves using homegrown ingredients, and for this chose two cherry tomatoes, 'Gardener's Delight' and 'Sungold'. As well as her favourite cucumber variety, 'La Diva' (great name), which produces half size cucumbers packed full of flavour.
This recipe takes about 10 minutes to make (maximum!) and is really fresh and delicious - exceptionally good with the hint of fresh chilli.
