'Envy' is a lovely Chartreuse-green zinnia. Sadly, the only slightly tricky zinnia to grow. It's worth the effort for the green flowers though, which look wonderful mixed with the other zinnias.

It has a tendency to botrytis so don't over-water after sowing (and think about using Bordeaux mixture).

Spacing Plant 30cm (12in) apart.
Sowing, Seeds, Planting Sow under cover in individual cells in March - early May (zinnias dislike root disturbance) or direct sow in June . Do not over water.
Care Tips It has a tendency to botrytis (a reason to think of using Bordeaux mixture or Sulphur). Do not overwater. This can be grown in a container pot.
Flowering July - first frosts, 12-14 weeks from sowing.
Vase Life Strip bottom leaves. Will last up to 2 weeks in water.
