- Just a little about me, I run my own business I have a Natural wool and local craft nand gift shop, I am a great believer in supportin g local farmers and my local village. I my life is very busy but I enjoy cooking fresh, seasonal foods. I have enjoyed cooking from Sarah's cook book ,which give's me great idea's when I am stuck on what to cook during the week. I also have two allotments, which have been had work to manage as well as the business but I find that when I go down there I can relax and switch off from work. Again I have picked up a lot from Sarah books which have been an a good guide. I have a farily big garden and next year I am changing it around to make it more easy to cope with, for the last two years I have called my confussed. com!
