Spring plant delivery times
At Sarah Raven, we endeavour to get our plants with you by the estimated delivery time.
Our nurseries do their best to ensure that live seedlings and plants grow well and are ready for you to plant out when you receive them.
Please note the following rough delivery times for each particular type of plant:
- Dahlias - from early March
- Lilies - from early March
- Peonies - from early March
- Gladioli - from early March
- Other spring bulbs - from early March
- Roses - from early March
- Freesias - from late March
- Honeysuckle - from late March
- Other climbing plants - from late March
- Lavender - from late March
- Primula/Polyanthus - from late March
- Clematis - from mid-April
- Cut flower plants - from mid-April
- Sweet Pea plants - from mid-April
- Veg, herb and salad plants - from mid- to late-April
- Alstroemeria - from late April
Current updates:
- The Cosmos seedlings are now due for delivery at the end of May - this is due to crop failure and our nursery having to re-sow.
