Asparagus 'Milennium' is a main season variety, has
large spears, high yields and
delicious flavour.
Asparagus is the vegetable garden caviar, which tastes so much sweeter and lovlier if very freshly picked. If you have plenty of room in your veg garden, this plant is a must.
To maximise productivity from your asparagus bed, plant two varieties, one early season and one main or late season cropper. This extends the productivity of your patch from 4 weeks to 6.
