- Sorrel '‘de Belleville' – sharp citrus flavour which will crop lightly for most of the year.
- Mustard ‘Red Lion’ – smooth deep red leaves with a mild flavour
- Lettuce Red Cos – medium-thick burgandy leaves with a lovely crunchy middle
