These are Maincrop potatoes which are planted between March and May with harvesting through late July to September. They can be stored in the right conditions through the winter. From planting to harvest is about 5 months.
This collection includes full growing instructions and 1kg (10-12 tubers) of each of these 3 varieties:
- 'Pink Fir Apple'- the foodies favorite potato (for salad and boiling)
- 'Nicola' - delicious and waxy (for salad and boiling)
- 'Cara'- - more starchy, delicious and large-tubered (for baked potatoes, mash and roast).
