Product Description
A good, healthy variety with dark green leaves that have a wonderful soft texture as well as excellent flavour. I went to the Manoir aux Quatre Saisons and this is their favourite spinach variety too. Grow it as a cut-and-come-again salad leaf, picked at the baby leaf stage, or space it more widely and harvest leaves fully grown.
