Product Description
Chenopodium giganteum has brilliant-pink, edible leaves
with a spinach-like flavour. It
looks superb scattered over a
green oak leaf or cos lettuce
salad. Early spring sowing for
spring, summer and autumn
picking. The flavour dulls if
you allow to flower, so keep
picking.
