Quick Overview

Polyanthus 'Francisca'. 1x9cm Plant

Product Description

Polyanthus 'Francisca' is a really wonderful plant, which I have in the new perennial garden at Perch Hill. It has amazing, ruffled green flowers with a pale yellow eye and flowers continually from March to July, with individual flowers lasting at least 3 weeks in a vase.

It’s the texture of these flowers, as well as the colours which make these such exceptional spring-flowering plants. You can grow them in pots – as a collection – in the middle of your table, or plant them in the garden and pick the odd flower from there. They love a bit of light shade. Sear the stem ends in boiling water to make them last over a week in the vase.

  • Sent out as 9cm plants
