We’ve grown Mibuna as a salad leaf for several years, but this year let some run up to seed to collect the seed. We then realised the Mibuna seed pods were brilliant for flower arranging – one of the best architectural upper storey foliages you can grow. So pick the leaves for salad and then the pods for arrangements.
