Nemalug is despatched from early March when soil temps are high enough for it to be used sucessfully.
This seems expensive, but it really works in a garden overrun with slugs. We have used it on the dahlia beds at Perch Hill to great effect, even on our heavy clay. Nematodes are harmless to children, pets, birds and other wildlife. One treatment lasts for up to six weeks and contains 12 million nematodes which will treat an area of 40sq. metres (50 sq. yards).
