Sarah will do a one hour demonstration showing simple but good ideas of what to cook for outside summer events, plus ideas for how you can decorate the tables on a shoe-string - ideal for Jubilee street parties.
The day includes a 1 hour demonstration plus a garden tour with Sarah, with a two-course lunch based on the produce in the garden at Perch Hill.
