Product Description
Courgette 'Defender' is a high yielding, dark green courgette, which crops over a long period and so is ideal for the domestic grower. It's also noticeable for its flavour and resistance to mildew and mosaic virus and is a good variety for courgette flowers.
Do at least two sowings of courgettes, splitting your packets, so that you have fruit to pick for 3-4 months at a stretch. Sow two or three different colours so they look good in the garden and on the plate (see multi-coloured courgette collection ).
