Product Description
Asparagus Pea is a lovely looking plant which will be buzzing with insects all the way through the summer. Hoverflies and worker bees seem to particularly love it and the small, winged pods are good to eat.
It's beautiful too, with rich crimson pea-like flowers and dug into the soil, will improve its structure and fertility.
This unique vegetable has a flavour very similar to asparagus - steam it gently and serve with melted butter.

| Final Planting Distance: | 30cm. Prefers a sunny, well-drained site. |
