CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COURSES

A refund, minus £25 administration charge, will be given if a cancellation is made at least 28 days before the course.   If you need to cancel after that time no refund will be given but we will offer you a place on an alternative course, space allowing, within a calendar month of the course you originally booked.  Occasionally we have a waiting list for a course in which case we will offer your space to someone on this list and a refund will be given minus a £25 administration charge.  If you are unable to attend a class yourself you are always welcome to send someone in your place.

If we have small numbers of bookings, we reserve the right to cancel a course with a minimum of two weeks advice with a full refund or transfer to another course of your choice.
