Cancellation of course/event place by you:

•  Less than one week before the course/event – no refund or transfer.
• More than one week but less than four weeks before the course/event – if possible your place will be   released for sale and if re-sold Sarah Raven Kitchen & Garden will issue vouchers or a transfer to another course or event of the same value. An administration fee of £25 will be charged.
• More than four week’s notice but less than sixteen weeks notice – Sarah Raven Kitchen & Garden will transfer you to another course of the same value. An administration fee of £25 will be charged.
• More than sixteen weeks – Sarah Raven Kitchen and Garden gives you the option of transferring your course or event at no extra charge.

Friends or family are able to attend in your place providing Sarah Raven Kitchen & Garden has had details 24hrs before the event begins. As our administrative hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm this timeline applies within those hours. You will need to provide us with the names, dietary requirements & contact number of anyone attending in your place. 

Course places bought as gifts carry the same cancellation policy.

Cancellation of course by us:

Sarah Raven Kitchen & Garden will be entitled to cancel any course/event at any time and you will have the option of a transfer to another course of the same value or a full refund of your payment.
