This Winter has been so cold here and we have had soup for lunch nearly everyday but we are getting pretty fed up of all the usuals.... Veg soup, French onion, leek and potato, parsnip etc . Does anyone have any good soup recipes for soup?

Primrose, I made on Monday
Primrose, I made on Monday Butternut Squash soup with Rosemary, very yummy.
Soup made with onions and 2 med butternut squash, good chicken stock and a good sprig of Rosemary.
Make soup as you would normally adding the whole sprig of rosemary and once all has cooked take out the Rosemary and whizz in blender, there is a lovely hint of Rosemary in the soup.
