Indoor Narcissi Paperwhites coming up blind

I grew Paperwhites indoors last year with fresh bulbs and they flowered well. I gave them a potash feed after flowering, allowed them to die down completely outside in a cold frame, and then left them dormant. When I saw fresh growth coming on again I watered them and brought them back inside and so far have lots of tall strong green leaves but no sign of any flower buds coming up. Should I just be patient or have I done something wrong, they have been indoors for some weeks now. Thanks.

II think that some paperwhite
II think that some paperwhite varieties struggle to flower a second year and have to be treated like annuals, but it does depend on the variety. Another cause apparently is under watering whilst the roots develop and over watering once the bulbs starts growing but you sound like you've been amazingly caring to them, so I 'm not sure I'm afraid...
