Sarah Raven's Kitchen and Garden

 Hi there,

I love Cerinthe  (Cerinthe major Purpurascens - Honeywort) and have managed to grow it successfully this year. However despite searing the stems it doesn't seem to last very long in a vase.

Does anyone else have experience of using this as a cut flower. How long does it last for you?  And any other top tips other than searing it?
