Returns & Guarantee
We hope you are delighted with your goods. So please examine your order when it arrives and let us know if there any problems or discrepancies.
Every product supplied will have passed our high quality standards, but if you have any problem please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist.
You may return your goods in resaleable condition within 14 days and we will provide an exchange or refund the cost of the item.
Resaleable condition means that any product must be un-opened and un-used.
Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service.
Faulty items
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately for instructions.
Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of bespoke products that have been made to order.
Statutory rights
This guarantee does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
